Only after you like the design. Once you approve the layouts and 3D concepts, we share a transparent quotation with no hidden charges . To officially book us, you pay 10% (or ₹25,000) . This amount reserves your project in our system and allows us to start planning the work schedule.

Q: Why is there a 50% payment after design finalisation?

After all designs, materials, colours and details are finalised, the next step is to confirm your order . At this point, you pay 50% of the total cost . This helps us begin civil work on-site and start producing materials immediately — without any delay. It keeps your project moving smoothly and on time.

Q: When do I need to complete the 100% payment?

Once all premium branded and imported materials are fully ready for dispatch, we inform you. At this stage, you need to complete the final 100% payment . This ensures that everything – materials, production, delivery – is fully secured before installation begins. After this, our team moves your materials to site and starts the setup.

Step 5: Execution, Quality Checks & Handover

Our in-house team handles the full installation process and finishing. Before handing over your dream home, we conduct a quality check and make sure fully finished, functional, and beautiful space that matches your expectations.
